Shipping policy

Expected delivery time is 1-7 business days for domestic shipping. 1-3 weeks for international shipping. The shipping time includes the manufacturing process, shipping, and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment, and the fuel fee. In order to check the precise shipping costs, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by USPS, DHL, UPS, or Fedex couriers. Every parcel has its individual tracking number. In order to obtain it, click here (remember to include the order number in your mail).

Limited Edition Item Policy

Limited Edition items are only available for Pre-Order for 2 weeks. Once the timer runs up, that’s it. All Pre-Ordered items will be packaged and shipped out at once at the end of the sale. Expected delivery time is 1-7 business days for domestic shipping. 1-3 weeks for international shipping. For orders with both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, we will ship all other items on the order separately to avoid long wait times.
